Rogers Vacation Home Management Services is one of the oldest property management companies in the Seaside Oregon area. We've been managing short term vacation rentals since 1988.
We rent houses, cottages, and condos for short term rentals. We will be happy to perform for you most of the services necessary to put your property in the pool of available Oregon Coast vacation house rentals.

Finances and Logistics
- Reservation bookings including the deposit collections, tenant
registration and balance of payment at check-in
- Routine house-keeping/laundry service and inspection after tenants have vacated
plus general maintenance and repairs
Bookkeeping
- Our bookkeeping procedures are designed to provide you with
regular accounting of your rental property activity
- We will charge tenants on your behalf the city lodging tax (over and above rental
rate)
- We will disburse funds for services provided for you with the balance you have earned as income plus an end of the month report
- Payment of income earned and the report for the previous month
will be sent to you by the 10th of each new month
About Us
We are licensed and registered with the city of Seaside to collect room tax from renters. We are also registered in Clatsop County and with the State of Oregon for our DBA registry. We do not handle "long term rentals", only "short term rentals". We are also members of the Seaside Chamber of Commerce and the Oregon Lodging Association.
